Grandstand Merchandise Birthday Club

To qualify for the Grandstand Merchandise birthday discount voucher, you must be subscribed to receive our emails and have provided your birthday details. To set up a new account or to update an existing account, please go to My Account.

You will be sent an email containing your discount code seven days before your birthday. When you sign up and provide a birthday we will also give you a sign up discount to get you started.

To redeem online only, please ensure you are logged into your account using the email address which you registered and enter the discount code into the promotion code box at the checkout.

Terms and conditions

1. The discount codes are only available for Grandstand Merchandise subscribers

2. You must provide your birth day and month and be subscribed to receive Grandstand Merchandise emails in order to receive your discount codes

3. The discount codes will be emailed to the email address provided in your account or when you subscribed

4. The discount code can only be used once and is valid for a minimum of 30 days

5. The discount code can only be redeemed at grandstandmerchandise.com

6. You will only be issued one birthday discount code in a 12 month period

7. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion

8. Lost or stolen discount codes cannot be replaced

9. The discount codes cannot be used towards delivery charges or the purchase of subscriptions and gift cards

10. Once the discount codes have been redeemed, the discount cannot be refunded if the transaction is returned

11. If you unsubscribe from Grandstand Merchandise you will no longer receive the birthday discount code

12. Grandstand Merchandise reserves the right to withdraw the offer at its discretion

13. The discount codes are not available to Grandstand Merchandise colleagues or partner organisations

    1. The prize draw is open globally, to all persons aged eighteen (18) and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of BrandAnd (trading at Grandstand Merchandise) (the "Promoter") and of their affiliated companies or agents, or other persons professionally connected with the draw. 
     
    2. You can enter the prize draw multiple ways via the following 1) signing up to our newsletter (new sign ups only), 2) There is a no purchase necessary way to enter this prize draw by following this link. Via this link you will be asked to complete a question before entering your email address - this helps us to ensure that entries received are from true competition lovers and not from computer generated programmes otherwise known as 'robots’.
     
    3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
     
    4. The opening date of the prize draw is 00:01 GMT of 01/06/2024 and the closing date is 23:59 GMT of 30/06/2024 (the "Entry Period"). No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw. 
     
    5. Prizes will be dispatched via the UK mail service, unless otherwise agreed, thirty (30) days after the winner claims the prize. We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
     
    6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.  
     
    7. You must enter the competition by subscribing to our newsletter and/or completing an online order at https://grandstandmerchandise.com/ and/or by the no purchase necessary prize draw link; all must be completed during the entry period to qualify.
     
    8. There will be one (1) winner(s) in total. Winner will receive: 1x Hertz Team Jota 1:18 model car (sku HTZ18118).
     
    9. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
     
    10. The prize is not transferable and non-exchangeable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Where a prize is won by a person younger than eighteen (18), we reserve the right to award the prize to the prize winner's parent or guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
     
    11. Winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries (see point 2) received during the entry period and verified by Promoter and or its agents. If the same person has been selected as a prize winner more than once, we will draw another name.
     
    12. The winner will be notified via email within twenty eight (28) days of the competitions closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
     
    13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered. 
     
    14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 
     
    15. The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the competition. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to the use of publicity materials.     16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these terms. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize. All entrants may have their details removed from our database by contacting us or via the unsubscribe messages in emails sent by us. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Competition and/or award of prize(s), entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.

    18. Any tax or other charges payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
     
    19. If successful you must provide us with your delivery details to send the prize: otherwise we may be unable to send the prize to you and you may as a result forfeit your prize.
     
    20. BrandAnd may vary the terms of, or terminate, a Competition at any time at its absolute discretion. Termination or variation of a competition is without liability to any contestant or other person. BrandAnd will not award the prize if the Competition is terminated.
