Grandstand Merchandise Birthday Club

To qualify for the Grandstand Merchandise birthday discount voucher, you must be subscribed to receive our emails and have provided your birthday details 7 working days before the birth date entered. To set up a new account or to update an existing account, please go to My Account.

You will be sent an email containing your discount code seven days before your birthday. When you sign up and provide a birthday we will also give you a sign up discount to get you started.

To redeem online only, please ensure you are logged into your account using the email address which you registered and enter the discount code into the promotion code box at the checkout.

Terms and conditions

1. The discount codes are only available for Grandstand Merchandise subscribers

2. You must provide your birth day and month 7 working days before and be subscribed to receive Grandstand Merchandise emails in order to receive your discount codes

3. The discount codes will be emailed to the email address provided in your account or when you subscribed

4. The discount code can only be used once and is valid for a minimum of 30 days

5. The discount code can only be redeemed at grandstandmerchandise.com

6. You will only be issued one birthday discount code in a 12 month period

7. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion

8. Lost or stolen discount codes cannot be replaced

9. The discount codes cannot be used towards delivery charges or the purchase of subscriptions and gift cards

10. Once the discount codes have been redeemed, the discount cannot be refunded if the transaction is returned

11. If you unsubscribe from Grandstand Merchandise you will no longer receive the birthday discount code

12. Grandstand Merchandise reserves the right to withdraw the offer at its discretion

13. The discount codes are not available to Grandstand Merchandise colleagues or partner organisations

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – GRANDSTAND MERCHANDISE CADILLAC HERTZ TEAM JOTA COMPETITION – SIGNED TSHIRT

This competition is managed by Brandand (“the Promoter”, "we”, “us”, “our”), trading at Grandstand Merchandise.

By entering this competition, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. No other terms and conditions apart from these shall apply, any others presented are expressly excluded.

Entrants Requirements

  1. Entrants must be a person eighteen (18) or over.
  2. An entrant must not be an employee or family members of employees of Brandand and JOTA Sport, JOTA Sport’s affiliated companies, representatives and agents. 
  3. An entrant must not be a company, or consumer group.

Competition dates

  1. The opening date of the competition is 12:00 GMT 01 September 2025 and the closing date is 23:59 GMT 15 September 2025 (the "Entry Period").
  2. We do not accept any responsibility for entries not received by us for whatever reason during the Entry Period.  

Instructions for entry

  1. To qualify for entry to this competition, you must, during the Entry Period:
    1. On Instagram follow both of the following Instagram accounts:  @grandstandmerchandise AND @jotasport.
    2. ‘Like’ the competition post on Instagram.
    3. Tag another Instagram account in the comments section of the competition post.

The prize

  1. The prize is one (1) signed Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA T-Shirt, including a letter of authenticity. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. 
  2. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prize provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to the prize, its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
  3. The prize is not transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

Prize dispatch and delivery

  1. The prize shall be dispatched via trackable DHL service, unless otherwise elected at our discretion. The prize shall be dispatched thirty (30) days after the winner claims the prize. We shall not be liable for any prize which is lost, delayed, or delivered damaged.  Once we have dispatched the prize, any and all queries regarding delivery should be directed to DHL or any other delivery service provider we elect for delivery.
  2. Any tax or other charges payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.

Selection of winner 

  1. The winner of the prize shall be chosen at random using osortoo from all qualifying entries received during the Entry Period and verified by us or its agents. If the same person has been selected as a prize winner more than once, we will draw another name.
  2. The winner will be notified on Instagram within twenty eight (28) days of the competitions closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner without notice.
  3. The winner must promptly provide us with their delivery details for receipt of the prize otherwise we will be unable to dispatch the prize. 
  4. The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the competition. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to the use of publicity materials. General

  1. Our decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw.
  2. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  3. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and these terms. Data may be provided to a third-party fulfilment service provider where appropriate for the purposes of administering the prize. All entrants may have their details removed from our database by contacting us or via the unsubscribe messages in emails sent by us. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the competition and/or award of prize(s), entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.
  4. We reserve the right to vary the terms of or terminate this competition at any time at our absolute discretion. Termination or variation of this competition is without liability to any entrant or other person. We will not award the prize if the competition is terminated.
